  1. Matters to note when purchasing fruits
    First, choose raw material varieties suitable for juice making. The raw materials should have good sensory quality and nutritional value, high juice yield, fresh, free of disease and rot, no mechanical damage, suitable maturity and sugar-acid ratio, storage and transportation resistance, and high commodity value.
    Which fruit has a high juice yield? Here are a few
    The juice yield is closely related to factors such as variety and maturity. The juice yield of major fruits and vegetables is usually: 77%~86% for apples, 78%~82% for pears, 76%~85% for grapes, 70%~80% for strawberries, 61%~75% for sour cherries, 40%~50% for citrus fruits; other berries are about 70%~90%; the juice yield should reach the following indicators: 78%~80% for apricots, 75%~80% for peaches, 85%~90% for pears, 80%~85% for plums, and 90%~95% for berries.
  2. The production process of juice in the juice beverage production line is as follows
    Selecting fruits – washing fruits – crushing fruits – extracting juice and coarse filtering – clarifying and fine filtering of juice – homogenizing and degassing juice – recovering juice aromatic substances – adjusting and mixing juice
  3. The juice beverage production line includes three parts: water treatment part, fruit beverage blending part, filling and packaging part
    1) Water treatment part
    Raw water pool → raw water pump → quartz sand filter – water purifier – sodium ion exchanger – precision filter – reverse osmosis → ultraviolet sterilizer → storage tank
    Description: The water from the water treatment part of the juice beverage production line is used for ① juice beverage Hot filling machine rinses bottles ② Mixes fruit drinks ③ CIP cleaning system cleans the entire juice drink production line with water
    2) Syrup is prepared and mixed with juice and additives in the mixing tank
    Treatment of pure water → steam sugar pot → pump → syrup filter → batching tank (sugar solution, juice and additives are mixed in it) → pump double filter → hot and cold cylinder → pump → homogenizer → hot and cold cylinder → vacuum degassing tank → hot and cold cylinder → plate sterilizer → the fruit drink that comes out at this time is attractive in color and delicious
    Note: Under the action of hot and cold cylinders, the temperature of the fruit drink on this juice drink production line is maintained at 85°C.
    3) Filling fruit drinks, packaging: bottle blowing machine → three-in-one filling machine (juice hot filling machine) → inverted bottle sterilization (use the high temperature of juice to sterilize the bottle cap) → spray cooling machine → light inspection → blow dryer → sleeve labeling machine → inkjet printer → film packaging machine
