How to Pick a Fruit Crushing/Pulping Machine?

Selecting the right fruit crushing or pulping machine is crucial for achieving the desired product quality and processing efficiency. Here are the key factors to consider:

  • Fruit Texture & Type:
Soft fruits like berries or mangoes require gentle pulping to preserve fiber and juice, while hard fruits like apples or guavas may need stronger crushing blades or pre-cutting systems.
  • Desired Pulp Fineness:
Machines come with different sieve mesh sizes and rotor types. If you want fine purée or juice, choose models with fine filters; for coarse pulps (e.g., for jam or baby food), opt for larger mesh or adjustable settings.
  • Production Capacity:
Determine how much raw material you process per hour. Machines range from small units (200–500 kg/h) for startups to industrial-grade systems (1–10+ tons/h) for mass production.
  • Single or Double-Stage Pulping:
For higher juice yield, two-stage machines perform coarse crushing first, followed by fine pulping. They are more efficient for fruits with tough skins or seeds.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance:
Choose equipment made of food-grade stainless steel with a CIP (Clean-in-Place) design, ensuring hygiene and easy maintenance.

At KAAE, we provide tailored pulping solutions based on your product goals—whether it’s clear juice, thick pulp, or puree—for fruits like tomatoes, pineapples, mangos, apples, and more.
