  • Shipping Terms: We typically offer FOB Shanghai, but we’re flexible and can work with other terms based on your preference.

  • Emergency Support: In case of urgent breakdowns overseas, our engineers provide 24/7 remote technical assistance and can dispatch local agents or send our engineers within 72 hours to minimize downtime.

  • Reference Visits: Absolutely. Before ordering, you are welcome to visit operational plants where our equipment is already running. Visits are subject to approval and location, and we’ll assist with all the arrangements.
