Drying System

Using a burner heating the air principle, hot air laminar flow through the bakingtray and heat transfer materials , fresh air into from the air inlet, waste hot airdischarge from the humidity air outlet , continue to add fresh air and dischargedhumid air, to keep a suitable relative temperature in the drying room. Thisequipment uses axial fans, equipped with automatic temperature control system and computer control system.

Evaprator

Evaporators are key equipment for concentrating juice by removing water through heating and vacuum technology. The process typically involves:
Preheating: Juice is heated to 60-80°C via plate heat exchangers. Evaporation: Water evaporates at low temperatures (50-70°C) under vacuum (0.85-0.95 bar). Condensation & Recovery: Vapor is condensed for heat recovery, with some systems featuring essence recovery units to preserve volatile aromas.

Filling Machine
